Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer.

- Refund abuse or fraud
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Internet outages
- Natural disasters
- Illness
- Government restrictions
These Terms are governed by England and Wales law.
Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration, and users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Online Courses:
- 12-month satisfaction guarantee for online courses.
- Refund requests must be sent to jordan@studyfast.uk.
- Refunds issued to the original payment method; course access may be revoked.
Private Coaching:
Our coaching and training programmes are personalised to help you achieve the best results. To get you started quickly, services may begin immediately, including your initial assessment (baseline test) and any programme materials. Because of this, your statutory 14-day cancellation rights may be affected. Refunds will not be provided once services have commenced or materials have been delivered, except where required by law. Full refund and cancellation details are available in our policy, which you confirm you have read and agree to prior to purchase.
Refunds may be declined for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Repeated refund abuse
- Unauthorized sharing of materials
- Chargeback abuse
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser.
